2. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you browse websites. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide analytics data.
The Types of Cookies We Use
- Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the website to function properly, enabling basic features like page navigation. The website cannot function properly without them.
Note: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, places strictly necessary routing and security cookies (such as the __cf_bm cookie) to protect the site from malicious bot traffic and ensure the network performs reliably.
- Analytics/Performance Cookies: These allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us improve the way our website works.
You can choose to accept or reject non-essential cookies using the consent banner that appears when you first visit our site or by modifying your individual web browser preferences.
3. Contact Form Submissions
When you submit an enquiry through our Contact page, the name, email address, and message you provide are sent to us using Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service that acts as our data processor solely to deliver your enquiry to our clinic inbox. Web3Forms retains a copy of each submission for a maximum of 30 days for spam-prevention and delivery-reliability purposes, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted from their systems. We do not use Web3Forms to store your data beyond this window.
For further detail on how Web3Forms handles data, please refer to their own privacy policy.
